68. If you have broadband access at home but find that you don't really use it then cancel your package and instead use wireless access which is often available in most Restaurants, Cafes and Bars. All you need to do is to take your laptop and connect to their wireless for free (although it might cost you a cup of coffee!). If you don't have a laptop, go to your library where you can use their computers instead. Be aware, however, that most contracts are for a minimum of 12 months - if you haven't been with your provider 12 months you will have to settle up to leave them.
69. If you are on a contract mobile phone but find that you are not using you minutes, see if you can lower your package or cancel your contract (as long as you are past your term) and get a pay as you go instead!
70. If you need to enquire about a service or delivery, use email instead of phoning as this will cost you nothing instead of the cost of a phone call.
71. Lots of websites now provide a service where you can send text messages to mobile phones for free, by doing this you won't use up your text allowance or your credit, yet you can still get hold of your friends and family on their mobiles.
72. Look at changing your Sky or Cable package for Freeview, it has many of your favourite shows and will save you lots of money.
