Home contents insurance special offer launched
Direct Line has launched a special offer on home contents insurance.
Home contents insurance may be set to get cheaper for people in the UK this summer, as Direct Line has announced the launch of a special offer.The deal, available until September 30th, will offer new customers joining Direct Line a 50 per cent discount on their home contents insurance policies. The company is also offering further discounts for those who purchase multiple policies.
Tenants renting properties need not miss out on the savings, as the offer is available to customers purchasing contents insurance cover as a single policy as well as with buildings cover.
Andrew Lowe, head of Direct Line Home Insurance, said: "There are always unexpected costs during the summer, whether they be a much needed get-away, or entertainment for children during the school holidays. We want to help people cut costs where we can."
Direct Line, which was founded in 1985, does not appear on any price comparison websites.
