Reebok offers discount voucher codes through iPhone app

A new iPhone app challenges players to virtually run 100 metres in the fastest time in order to receive cheap bargains on Reebok merchandise.
Fans of the sports clothing manufacturer Reebok will be able to get their hands on some discount voucher codes by downloading a new game, which is available as an application for the Apple iPhone.Reebok iSprint uses the touchscreen technology of the popular mobile device to allow users to 'run' a 100-metre sprint using their fingers.
The aim of the game is to improve upon users' previous best time and as players get better scores they will be offered discount voucher codes which can give consumers money off on the firm's products at reebok.com.
Taking full advantage of the iPhone's capabilities, the app utilises global positioning systems to work out where the user is and offers adverts and discount voucher codes which are relevant to that geographic area.
Mills at ustwo, which developed the game, said: "Reebok is keen to reward its loyal customers and the use of promotional codes dependent on the users' skills in the game and whereabouts in the world is a great feature."
James Hilton, joint managing director of Inside Mobile, added: "Reebok have been able to fuse brand engagement and direct response goals within this highly addictive mobile app. It is another great example of Reebok's leadership within the mobile channel."
Be Broadband has also offered discount voucher codes recently, giving homeowners who receive high speed internet services from the company money off setting up a 'virtual hard-drive' on the internet with Livedrive.
Both new and existing customers can still take up the cheap bargain deal, which allows Be Broadband users to get a 35 per cent discount on any of Livedrive's online file storage facilities.
