Take advantage of cheap bargains on Christmas movie deals

Sky, Virgin Media and BT Vision all have cheap bargains on their Christmas movie packages this festive season.
Families hoping to get into the Christmas spirit by settling down in front of a classic festive film should make sure they get a cheap bargain on movie packages through their TV service provider.According to uSwitch.com, 91 per cent of Brits are looking forward to getting the popcorn out with a film this season, with 28 per cent claiming that "Christmas would not be Christmas" without their favourite movie.
However, another 28 per cent said that they are fed up with the choice offered by TV.
uSwitch.com has reminded Scrooges that quality movie packages from Sky, Virgin Media and BT Vision do not have to empty the wallet, as there are cheap bargains currently available.
Sky Movies packages 1 and 2 are £8 extra per month, on top of the basic £17.50 subscription fee, while BT Broadband customers can take advantage of its PictureBox film service at £7.34 for the first three months.
Virgin Media's FilmFlex service also allows viewers to book their favourite films on demand on a pay-per-view basis.
Jason Glynn, communications expert at uSwitch.com, said: "We're used to shopping around for Christmas bargains - and this applies to TV packages too this year.
"There's a wealth of deals around to give film buffs access to a whole host of movies over the Christmas period - whether they are after the latest releases, high definition films, or family classics."
Christmas is also a good time to pick up a cheap bargain on used cars and consumers looking to take advantage of the deals should do so now, according to the Guardian.
Research by the newspaper's Money section found that Christmas is traditionally a good time to buy a used car as other people are too busy getting ready for the festive period, but this year has the added bonus of falling quotes.
