Marks & Spencer Money has decided to extend its summer sale on car and home insurance cover, due to high customer demand.

The offer gives new customers a £50 reduction on car and home insurance policies arranged with the company and is now available until October 16th.

Head of insurance at M&S Money, Steve Price, commented: "The £50 discount has given thousands of customers the chance to enjoy the experience of having cover that includes all the additional extras as standard.

"We're confident that once customers join us, they'll stick with us."

The M&S car cover offers UK and European breakdown assistance as standard and also provides policy holders with free car hire for up to 14 days while their vehicle is repaired.

Meanwhile M&S home contents policies offer unlimited cover, ensuring that customers are not underinsured.

Members of the M&S credit card or chargecard scheme can also receive 250 &More loyalty points just by applying for an car or home insurance quote.
