New life assurance product for Kwik-Fit

Kwik-Fit has teamed up with Legal & General to provide a new life assurance.

The new partnership between Kwik-Fit and the insurance giant will see Legal & General become the sole provider of critical illness, mortgage protection and term assurance products.

Products will be provided through Kwik-Fit's website and through its call centre in Uddingston.

"Kwik-Fit Financial Services was keen to enter into a strong relationship with a provider which would help develop our financial services business over the longer term," said Kwik-Fit Financial Services managing director Martin Oliver.

"We are delighted to have teamed up with Legal & General, a provider which is able to offer a range of products that will enhance our portfolio to customers."

Legal & General says that it is pleased to have teamed up with "another strong high street brand" and will be looking towards working in developing its life assurance products further.
